Our online reservation service only requests that a reservation be made. In all cases reservations will be confirmed by telephone. We accept no responsibility for delays however caused. A cancellation charge of £50 will be levied if less than 24 hours notice is provided. If vehicle has left base then the journey will be charged in full. Personal belongings are left in the vehicle at the passengers' own risk. We will endeavor to look after any items but can not take responsibility for them. All parking and tolls will be charged as will the use of the vehicle's mobile telephone. All charges are subject to VAT.
